Meet The Team
SHOUT Collective CIC is powered by a dynamic team of creatives, producers, mental health advocates, and cultural changemakers united by a shared mission: to amplify underrepresented voices and change the conversation around mental health through creativity, care, and community.
Our leadership combines deep experience across film, television, digital media, the arts, community engagement, and social enterprise. From award-winning producers and seasoned directors to grassroots facilitators, wellbeing mentors, and cultural strategists, our team brings bold vision, lived experience, and hands-on expertise to everything we do.
With decades of combined experience in the UK’s creative industries, nonprofit sector, and international networks, we design and deliver inclusive, impactful projects that centre lived experience, challenge stigma, and celebrate human resilience. We're proud to be led by women, migrants, and professionals from diverse backgrounds—because we know representation matters.
Together with our brilliant patrons, guest artists, collaborators, and volunteers, we are building a movement where creativity becomes a catalyst for healing, empowerment, and change.
